About Us
We are an association of Colorado workers’ compensation professionals. Our membership consists of entities who are self-insured or have high deductible worker’s compensation policies, and professional businesses who support workers’ compensation in Colorado. Our members include municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, attorneys, medical providers, investigators, brokers, and insurers. We actively engage with the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Colorado Legislature to provide stakeholder feedback on Rules and Legislation. We keep our Members informed of changes in the legal and regulatory landscape, and we offer monthly educational meetings to ensure our Members are familiar with the latest in industry trends.
What Sets Us Apart
CEAA is the only workers’ compensation association in Colorado that employs a lobbyist to ensure our interests are represented at the Capitol. Furthermore, the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation recognizes CEAA as an important partner and stakeholder, and solicits our feedback on Rule changes and updates.
